At St.Craft, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns are free for the buyer.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping label we sent to you.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-5 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
