St.Craft 30-Day Return Policy

At St.Craft, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are free for the buyer.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at smartgoods.nyc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
  5. Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping label we sent to you.
  6. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-5 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
